Destination weddings have become a top choice of many couples looking for romance and exotic experience. Having a destination beach wedding in the spectacular Mexican resort town of Cabo is ‘a dream come true’, and the young Americans Levi and Courtney from Gilbert, AZ were happy to live their dream!
These two have always been romantic and searching for strong emotions. No wonder that Levi proposed to Courtney in the city of love – Paris, at the most romantic spot ever – at the Eiffel tower.
Here’s how it all happened, as Courtney tells us:
“The day before my birthday, we went to the top of the Eiffel tower and as we were looking through the scope of the city, he got down on one knee and proposed. Everyone clapped and cheered and there was a photographer that took us back up to the top to take photos afterward.”
Naturally, all the cheers and applauses followed Courtney’s “Yes”, making Levi the happiest man alive!
It was meant to happen! They were meant to be together! Levy and Courtney met at work and fell in love at first sight! Unbelievable? Yet, true!
“As cheesy as it sounds, we both knew the moment we first met. I went home and told my roommate at that time that I knew I was going to marry Levi someday; Levi did the same, but only told his roommate about the ‘hot, new recruiter’ that started working there.” – remembers Courtney.
Well, as they say, ‘Sometimes the greatest relationships are the ones you’ve never expected to have, the ones that sweep you off your feet and challenge every view you have ever had. ’
True to their romantic souls, the couple decided to have an exotic destination beach wedding at Cabo, Mexico. They wanted some place more intimate, luxurious and fun to celebrate their special day at. Their family and friends loved the idea of getting together in such a beautiful location to share Levi and Courtney’s joy and happiness, as well as to have fun under the generous Mexican sun.
The wedding was a smashing success and an experience to remember forever!
The color theme of Levi and Courtney’s destination beach wedding was pastel grey and tender pink, lavishly adorned with crystals and spectacular ocean views. The bride’s gown was elegant mermaid white lace long dress, complementing her slender figure. Her bouquet was truly special, as Courtney’s mother handmade it herself of Swarovski crystal ornaments, Courtney’s grandmother’s rosary, a ladybug crystal brooch for good luck, and several special mementos, all these tied into a most beautiful and unique bridal bouquet. Her bridesmaids wore tender pink and white dresses and radiant smiles. Levi and the groomsmen were all handsomely dressed in elegant grey suits, complemented by soft pink vests and ties.
The young couple exchanged their wedding vows at a special and very emotional ceremony, being able to express in their own words the way they felt for each other. And after the ‘I Do’-s, came the party – fun, wild, and exciting, as a party in Mexico should be.
The happy event was captured in a series of amazing pictures by Pink Palm Photo. The videographer and photographer were both booked for the whole day and until late at night, not missing any important, sweet and fun moment of Levi and Courtney’s amazing destination beach wedding.
